Delivery times are flexible and can be arranged upon discussion, subject to availability.

We partner with Lalamove for fast and reliable delivery, with real-time tracking so you can follow your blooms every step of the way.

Delivery Hours:
11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Night delivery is available upon request)

Pick-up Location:
Petaling Jaya (PJ)

Please ensure the delivery address and recipient’s contact number are accurate. This allows us to reach you promptly should any issues arise.

Once the flowers have been successfully delivered to the provided address, refunds will not be applicable.

If a re-route is requested by you or the recipient after dispatch, an additional delivery fee will apply. Kindly note that delivery dates cannot be changed once the order has been processed and dispatched, as flowers are perishable.

We always do our best to deliver as scheduled. However, delays may occur due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).

During peak seasons (such as festive periods or high-demand dates), delivery volumes may be higher. While we will always do our best, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time during these periods.
