Refunds are not available for change of mind, natural variations in petals due to the perishable nature of flowers, or damage caused by third-party couriers (e.g., Lalamove).
If you have any concerns about the condition of your flowers, let us know within 2 hours of delivery. This helps us resolve any issues quickly and offer the right support.
We’re unable to accept claims made after this timeframe, as it’s no longer reasonable to assess the flowers’ condition accurately.
